llyyy Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and llyyy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing access to and use of the llyyy website at llyyy.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot machines, account management features, and payment processing.

By registering for a llyyy account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of the llyyy service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the llyyy platform.

llyyy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the llyyy platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use a llyyy account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. llyyy strictly enforces this age limit and will require documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as llyyy players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by llyyy.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by llyyy or any other gaming operator to which llyyy is party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of llyyy, nor a close family member of any such person, unless written consent has been obtained.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

llyyy reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Registration of an account does not guarantee continued access to all features of the llyyy platform.

One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active llyyy account at any time. If llyyy identifies that a player holds more than one account — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods were used — all accounts except the first registered account may be suspended, any balances held across duplicate accounts forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your llyyy login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of your llyyy account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify llyyy support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC). llyyy is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. You agree to provide the following documents upon request within the timeframe specified:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, or bank statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by llyyy for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your llyyy account at any time by contacting support. llyyy may also close your account at its discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory reasons. Balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being met.

Accepted Payment Methods. llyyy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). llyyy does not accept payments in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or via payment methods not listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the llyyy wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect. llyyy is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by llyyy within the timeframe displayed on the cashier page at the time of request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during public holidays, or when additional verification is required. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed in the cashier section;
• Withdrawals are ordinarily returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus winnings can be made;
• llyyy reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Failed Transactions. If a deposit fails to reach your llyyy wallet or a withdrawal fails to reach your payment account within the stated processing window, contact llyyy support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. llyyy will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

llyyy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and the specific bonus terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully completed the llyyy registration and KYC verification process;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each bonus offer;
• Bonus funds are not included in real-money withdrawal calculations until all wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• llyyy reserves the right to set maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active. Bets exceeding stated maximums during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonus offers have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds and free spins will expire at the end of the stated validity period;
• llyyy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where practicable, advance notice will be provided.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the llyyy platform, including cricket markets, PSL in-play bets, and other sports, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time of bet placement. In general:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to maximum stake limits;
• llyyy reserves the right to limit stakes or decline bets from any account at its discretion;
• In-play bets may be delayed or refused during periods of technical instability or when a market is suspended;
• Where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the llyyy sportsbook help section;
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (palpable error), llyyy reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct price.

Casino & Slot Games. All casino games available on llyyy, including live casino tables and slots, are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel. By playing any game on llyyy, you acknowledge that:

• The house edge is a permanent mathematical feature of all casino games;
• Past game outcomes do not influence future results;
• llyyy makes no representation that any particular game will yield winnings to any particular player;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to its natural outcome upon reconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the llyyy platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Registering or using a llyyy account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Holding more than one active llyyy account;
• Allowing any third party to access, operate, or benefit from your llyyy account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the llyyy platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature, rather than reporting them to llyyy support;
• Using the llyyy platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any content or data from the llyyy platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live casino tables or any other multiplayer game format;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet in bad faith after using the corresponding funds on the platform.

All content on the llyyy platform, including but not limited to the llyyy brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to llyyy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the llyyy platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any llyyy content;
• Use the llyyy brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any llyyy content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the llyyy website on any other server or device.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by llyyy. Third-party game software displayed on the llyyy platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, llyyy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the llyyy platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses incurred during the normal operation of any casino game or sports betting market;
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or browser incompatibilities that result in interrupted or lost game sessions;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if llyyy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The llyyy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

llyyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered llyyy players within the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your llyyy wallet;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your llyyy account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days);
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your llyyy account with no option to reopen for a minimum period of 12 months.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the llyyy platform.

Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your llyyy account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the llyyy service, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to llyyy customer support at [email protected] with full details and any supporting documentation. llyyy will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

3. Step 3 — Final Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
